It is DDR4, so it should be compatible with any laptop that has similar RAM, and the 3200MHz clock speed is pretty fast, and about what you’d expect for a pair of mid-range RAM sticks.

This memory stick will not work on a Dell laptop because ... It does what it is meant for :) If you are after DDR4 RAM and need specifically 3200MHz - this would be a great choice.
