As people all around the world welcomed a new year, some families across the Triangle welcomed new bundles of joy.

Princess Anyiah Olivia Kolawole-Hawkins was born at 12:56 a.m. Wednesday, weighing 6 pounds, 15 ounces and measuring 19 inches long. She was the second baby born at Advent Health on New Year's Day.
