We've seen a few mid-range Flip phones in recent times, but it looks like Samsung could reveal a Galaxy Z Flip FE next year.

Another things fans are calling out for is a cheaper foldable phone – and it sounds like Samsung may be readying a device for that market. That's according to the notorious Korean blogger, yeux1122, who shared very brief details of the brand's roadmap for next year.

For example, the recently launched Samsung Galaxy S24 FE launched with a slightly slower processor and lower-resolution camera system than the standard Samsung Galaxy S24, at a price of $649 / £649 / AU$1,099 – a solid offer considering the $799 / £799 / AU$1,399 price tag of the latter model.

While the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 is already the company's cheapest foldable phone, an FE that pairs back some features to decrease the price could attract a whole new audience to the foldable space. Or it could flop. The only way to find out is for Samsung to release the phone and go head-to-head with the cheaper Moto Razr.
